The Ventnor Carnival Association website is constructed and maintained using XHTML and CSS. The tools used to author this site are NotePad ++ and/or MicroSoft™ which is installed on all MS Windows applications, Filezilla, and Easy Thumbnails. All these programs are free and/or opensource. The "latest News" section is a Wordpress application.
