Role of Honour

The first Ventnor Carnival Queen was Muriel Burge who was crowned at the 1926 Carnival and this custom has been retained at every carnival since 1931. Interestingly in 1923 and and in the remainder of the Carnivals held in the 1920's King Carnival held sway.
